Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled to become available at a later date and is not yet held in inventory.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Due to the nature of pre-orders, all sales are considered final and refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery. Customers must contact withered.ushelp@gmail.com and we will handle the situation.
